I grew up Hindu. And for years I felt that same disconnection. Searching for a place to truly connect and dive deeper. But I could never find it. Hinduism is the world's oldest living religion and it has no digital home. People rely on word of mouth, outdated websites and niche apps that do one small thing and don't keep you coming back. Nobody had brought it all together.
So I built it.
I'm Akhil, a Cambridge engineer and lifelong Hindu. Bhagavan is the app I wish existed growing up. Scriptures, deities, prayers, festivals, the Gita, the Ramayana and daily practice. All in one place and actually accessible and engaging.
